Pop Pop and Holly came to visit for Thanksgiving and of course Aston couldn’t be more thrilled. The morning after they arrived the three of them took a walk across the street to get French Toast take-out from Delancy Street Deli…which is becoming routine when Pop comes to visit:)
On Thanksgiving Eve we went to see the Bobcats beat the Raptures at Bobcats arena. We met BB, Babs, Tai Grandma, and Tai Yeh there and had the suite to ourselves so there was no pressure to contain Mr. A the whole time…

On Thanksgiving morn Jeff, Pop, Jay Jay and I decided we needed some exercise before sitting down at BB’s dinner table. We took the kiddies out to the Greenway for a little run/walk and people watching.
Aston was excited to see that the ducks were there…
Stell was passed out by the end and A was wound up…ready to climb this tree in the Trader Joe’s parking lot…
Aston made this headdress…he has never been so proud of something he’s created at school. In fact he would still be wearing it today if it didn’t already fall apart:(
Jumped right into his Mercedes when he got to BB and Babs…
“Who me, couldn’t be?” There was a little people finger print in Aunt Regina’s chocolate cake before dinner…I mean could there be more evidence pointing to the suspect?

Aston’s “Thankful For…Aston” speech…such a ham:) Take note of Aston’s dinner plate…it was made by Jeff when he was like 5…many many moons ago…Aston prefers to use it when he goes to BB’s house.

LEFT: The dessert spread…seemed to go on for miles. Regina made 2 cakes (carrot and chocolate) and Leslie’s family made like 3 pies, some fabulous Splenda cheesecake and cookies and Beebs (as Asty calls her) made a delish apple cream pie. RIGHT: My failed attempt to get a good picture of Cousin Sean (Jeff’s cousin who is 10 days younger than Jeff and WAY taller:)). My fault because I handed him Stell when she was over tired and a super crank monster. Sean recently moved to the DC area from California so it was a treat to have him for Thanksgiving this year.
Still up at 10pm and on his way back inside after taking Holly out to “do her business”…Aston and Stell had a major case of the sillies when we got back home…

What a great post!! It looks like all of you had a great time. Love the solo pic of Stelly; she's getting so big! Can't wait to show Zoe the video of Aston!
