Christmas 2009 was one filled with a great energy! Aunt Megan and boyfriend Newman came to visit and celebrate from DC. The kids loved having them around for auxiliary entertainment. Newman has 13 nieces and nephews so he is used to the chaos that consumed the Lee household over the holiday's.
Christmas Eve dinner/party time was held at our house this year. We had Wookie, Jay, BB, Babs, Tai Yeh and Tai Grandma join us for dinner a la Jeff (the Chef in the "us").

Stell was totally into digging in her stocking (newly made by GG Sybil) and pulling out new toys...she go so excited she would rock back and forth.
Aston getting into his stocking and helping Newman with his (whole theme this Christmas was Aston helping everyone with their gifts...he would say "I open it for you? Maybe it's a diesel truck?" with his head cocked to the side all sweet and yet so sly:))
Aston, wearing Aunt Meg's new running hat, a little confused as to why he got the bus back that he gave to his elf Gus to give to Santa...but it was because Santa really wanted Aston to have it back and he thanks him for all the other gifts he helped get out to boys and girls in need (which went to the Kidney foundation in case you were wondering).

Megan and Newman wiped out from sharing a fll sized bed between them-tall-selves...sorry guys it's all we got now!
Mei's new baby doll from Aunt Meg...still needs a name...its an Itsy Bitsy American Doll (Asian in ethnicity of course)...she loves snuggling with the thing and playing with her bows...such a girl!

Last but not least... the one and only thing Aston asked Santa for...over and over and over again...a "firetruck jeep". Santa placed it high up on the mantel so it wouldn't get trampled on.

love asty chillin' on his bedroom floor takin' a nap - hilar. and the pic of mei snacking on some wrapping paper is a hoot. love how asty was so in to unwrapping his firetruck jeep and so confident that's what it was. guess fire trucks were the big thing this year, right? sorry we missed ya the other day! -d&e.
watched the videos a million times this morning. kate liked her shout out re: scooter! great first pic of you and stelly belly. loved seeing asian oprah too :) still can't believe how late asty slept! you did a great job of capturing the day!
