Johnson & Wales: Dim Sum 102

BB started teaching a few "Chef's Choice" weekend classes for Johnson and Wales this spring. I eagerly tagged along to her second class to snap some pictures of her in action. The students were completely engaged and you could feel her passion as she spoke...and if anyone knows Betty Lee they know she's got awe-inspiring passion for the art of cooking. I 'm always glad to be associated to BB but on this day I was especially proud to be her daughter-in-law...
