Aston and Stell in their first formal night spiffies...
2nd stop...St. Martin...
After disembarking in St. Martin we headed to town where we met the "Yoda Guy". The Yoda Guy is the guy who created the character Yoda from Star Wars. He also was involved with many other masked characters (you may recognize some of them in the coming photos).
It was a pretty cool little museum he created...Aston sure thought the place was awesome...He shook Aston's hand and told him he could do anything he wanted as long as he worked really hard...hope it stuck:)

Next stop the jewelry store...Babs wanted to let Stelly pick out her first piece of fine jewelry for her Christmas present...this store was appropriately named but it's not where she found her fancy piece.
It was from this store...where she chose her special silver charm bracelet from David Yurman's kids collection...she has not taken it off since...not even to bath...
After our brief shopping trip we walked back from town just in time to make our first excursion...a catamaran ride to a coral reef then snorkeling/swimming...
Here our strong boys were asked to help raise the sails:)

Stell walked around like she owned the ship...
Pretty sure Uncle Lance was the first to take the plunge!
Wook and Lance took the underwater camera and captured some cool fish...while we all swam to the beach because the kids couldn't quite deal with breathing through the snorkel equipment!
Everyone was starving after a few hours of swimming...they handed out sandwiches (and rum:))...pretty sure each kid had 3+ (sandwiches that is:))
On the way back both kids passed out...a sign of a good day...
A little "Y.M.C.A" performed by Uncle Lance...
Then back ashore to embark the Ruby Princess...
but not before emptying our pockets of sand of course:)
Mei bought this dress at one of the beachside huts at port earlier that morning so of course she had to wear it to dinner...also notice her new charm bracelet:)

stell's getting too big! love all of the dresses and seeing where the bracelet came from. love the B&w of them and the grands. stell giving an mj look in pic 2. love the horizontal shot of babs and stell walking to boat and the boys running. love love that one! sleeping babes so cute/special. funny candids here...sand with mj and asto and mj spilling something maybe?
OH MY WORD -- amazing trip and amazing capture of it. LOVE! the jewelry - the sweetest. love that aston knew his way around. haha and love the dinner legos. :) suddenly dying to take the kids on an island getaway this summer. :)
