iheartfaces:: Vroom...Vroom!

This week's challenge is Vroom, Vroom. I haven't posted on iheartfaces in eons but I had 2 separate friends email me to say I MUST enter this week...they are right...it's just too fitting not to. Aston just oozes car fetish in what ever he does. This shot was taken a few weeks ago at the Food Lion Auto Show. He's on his tippy toes so he can see the engine through the hood scoop...what 3 year old wouldn't do that?

The i ♥ faces challenge this week is "Dramatic B&W". I was hesitant to enter this week because the word "dramatic" rattled me a bit. Then I remembered this picture I took last month. Bring in "the Beast". Her parents call her "the Beast" because she is apparently the terror of the three kids (probably because she's closest to the age of 2)...and what is more "dramatic" than "the Beast" looking moody in B&W...

i ♥ faces: "Focusing on Angles"

I'm back for round 2! The i ♥ faces challenge this week is "Focusing on Angles".

Aston is not much for posing lately. When he sees me with my camera he runs, hides or looks down if he's cornered:) For this shot, I was balancing on the narrow ledge of the bathtub hoping for a cute arial view with his smiling face in full focus and his bare body all bokehed-out but given his new "anti-photo" attitude, I settled for the reflection shot from above:)
