I took these a couple weeks ago now but they are certainly worth a post. Art class has become a rival favorite lately. Aston mentions art class almost as much as his all time favorite activity...gymnastics, formally known as "nat nat" and more recently known as "nastics".
LEFT: Aston's gluing the googly eyes on his mouse (theme this class was "Hickory Dickory Dock") RIGHT: ...then he leans back to assess his work... (This is an exact facial replica to the on Jeff makes when he sits back to assess his work too...freaks me OUT!)
Group easel painting...racetracks and polka dots are still his specialty...
Noah's Art is right down the street from us in the Blakeney Shopping Center. We walk there when it's not raining and both kids LOVE it. Now that it's nice out we can take full advantage of the Blakeney amenities after class while we wait for the restaurants to open for lunch...like the playground....
Notice the mouse hat?...hard not to...again..."Hickory Dickory Dock"...Looks like Asty Boo and Mia Moo were up to no good here...
Mia...on the spinny seat thing...can't get Aston on this one anymore...he fell off once like a year ago and hasn't forgotten about it.
JUMP!!!! I just love how impressed Aston is as he watches Mia's jump:)
Mia Moo the tree monkey...
and Asty Boo the ground monkey...he hates hanging from anything...he doesn't even give it a try anymore...maybe because of his accident?

the look on his face when he's checking out his work is PRICELESS!! he totally looks so mature and grown up... love that he's such an artist - renaissance boy! :)

So much fun. Arlington has those type of playgrounds and they're so much fun! Can not wait to get back to Charlotte and start doing things with you guys again!!
